About
Kirsty O'Donnell is an award-winning filmmaker from Glasgow, Scotland, known for her work in both fiction and non-fiction. She wrote, produced, and directed the short film Millie Moon (2021) and produced the feature documentary The Tennessee 11 (2024), which premiered at the Nashville Film Festival. Splitting her time between the United Kingdom and the United States, Kirsty continues to make an impact in the film industry with her compelling storytelling and innovative approach.
Although she has become accustomed to life in America, she still refuses to call her jumper, a sweater, or her trousers, pants. You can take the Scot out of Scotland but you can’t take Scotland out of girl!
